Best Solutions Home Medical Equipment & supplies is taking measures to ensure safety and concern for both our customers who visit the store or to whom we have the privilege of delivering their supplies to their home or to healthcare community – AND our employees. ( COVID – 19) has shifted quickly this past week for us take the following measures:
I. When visiting our store, we ask that you please do not enter the store if you have any flu like or cold like symptoms. We will allow those to enter who do not present these symptoms – but ask that you immediately sanitize your hands on arrival. We have a pump top bottle which we will disinfect the top pump top.
II. If you cannot make it into our store, we can send along information to you in the mail on the products you are interested in and even free samples on many skin care and protection products. We will still be available for a Free Evaluation for items like Wheelchair Ramps, Stair lifts, Bariatric wheelchairs, Power Wheelchairs, Lift Chairs and Electric Scooters. That’s’ right – we will come to you – at No charge!
III. There will not be access to our bathroom for public use for the next couple months.
IV. We will be open for business as usual opening at 10 AM Monday thru Saturday.
V. Please call us at 440.373.1200 or email for any inquiries or orders. You can also reach your regular customer service representative at their extension if you need them.
VI. Some of our staff who are delivery technicians will use every pre caution to ensure timely and safe delivery practices. Those practices include handling your packages with clean hands and in many cases having disposable gloves on them. They will be entering a common building only after receiving permission from the facility.
