The open patella knee brace is designed to reduce strain on the kneecap while relieving pain, swelling, and inflammation due to sprains, strains, arthritis, and injury. Constructed with a breathable neoprene blend, the lightweight, low-profile brace is reversible for use on the left or right knee and easily adjusts with four fastener straps to comfortably fit most adults. Available in black, grey and beige. Measure 5" above knee.
